I’m always on the lookout for great recipes for the lake, especially salads, to accompany all the meat we grill. These are my current favourites. Most of these recipes can be prepped ahead of time and put together whenever dinner is served – on lake time! It is also really important to taste salad dressing. If it's lacking don't be afraid to add a bit more of something - for example, I like "zippy" dressing so I often add a touch more vinegar or lemon/lime juice!
