I serve this both as an appie and as a dessert. Great on a mezze platter drizzled with olive oil and a few finely chopped olives OR as dessert drizzled with honey and chopped pistachios.
This freezes really well. In place of chopped olives and oil, I use jarred tapenade! Also, when served as a dessert I love it with a sweet cracker like a Raincoast Crisp.
