Sheryle’s Berry Salsa

This is always a crowd pleaser!  Served with cinnamon tortilla bites, this is a light summer dish that is perfect for the afternoon on the dock OR dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  • Strawberries chopped to the size of raisins
  • Raspberries - whole
  • Blackberries chopped in half
  • Blueberries whole

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix berries together with two tablespoons of sugar and allow juice to form.

TIPS & HINTS

Cinnamon Toast Tortilla Bites: spread tortillas with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon (like making cinnamon toast). Cut the tortillas into thin wedges and bake in the oven until lightly browned and crisp (375 degrees).  Allow to cool and store in Ziploc bag.
