Sometimes when I ask Marty what I should make, he just throws something at me that I’ve never made. This recipe came from that very question one night when we were going to Curt and Lara’s. I asked him what I should take as an appie and he suggested prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe. I thought it was an OK idea but sounded a bit mundane, so Lara and I topped it with blue cheese and that’s all it needed. This appie checks all the boxes, its simple, fun, fresh and the blue cheese added a bit of wow!
