Oven or BBQ Roasted Potatoes

There’s nothing easier than oven roasted baby potatoes. These are great anytime of year, super easy and a great complement to beef or pork.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop mini-potatoes into bite sized piece (usually in half but some need to be quartered).
  2. Toss them in canola oil until coated.
  3. Sprinkle them with Montreal steak spice and Herbs de Provence.
  4. Roast at 450° F until browned and cooked through (about 20 minutes).
