Grilled Mexican Street Corn

One night before a Jets game Carolin and I ate at Merchant Kitchen. There were two guys (who clearly liked to eat) sitting next to us.  They told us to order the roast corn.  By the end of the first period Carolin had found this recipe online.  This is so tasty and not so good for your arteries!  BTW – who were the Jets playing…

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil corn on the cob.
  2. Dry the corn.
  3. Cover cobs with mayo and chili flakes.
  4. Grill for 5 mins till it get grill marks.
  5. Sprinkle with feta, cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
  6. Serve immediately.
