Asian Salmon Marinade

This is a nice alternative when you’ve already served your guests the Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa too many times! This pairs well with the Purple Cabbage Slaw.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 c canola oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 c soya sauce
  • ¼ c green onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook on a cedarplank on a hot BBQ.

TIPS & HINTS

Soak the cedar plank for several hours or it will catch fire – cedar is wood.

Also remember… don’t overcook the salmon…
